Terms of Service

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

To book our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Pay the required deposit upon booking confirmation
  • Provide necessary travel documents when requested

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking
  • Full payment is due 45 days before travel date
  • Late payment may result in booking cancellation
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 31-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • 15-30 days before departure: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost

5.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to:

  • Insufficient participant numbers
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or safety concerns
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical expenses and evacuation
  • Lost or damaged luggage
  • Personal liability
  • Adventure activities coverage

Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices and is the responsibility of the traveler.

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Health Requirements

Travelers must:

  • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect travel
  • Obtain necessary vaccinations and medical clearances
  • Carry sufficient medication for the duration of travel
  • Inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies

7.2 Safety Responsibilities

For your safety and the safety of others, you must:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
  • Use provided safety equipment as directed
  • Not engage in dangerous or illegal activities
  • Report any safety concerns immediately

8. Liability and Risk

8.1 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Adventure activities and outdoor pursuits
  • Wildlife encounters
  • Remote location access
  • Weather-related hazards
  • Transportation risks

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

  • Acts of nature, weather conditions, or natural disasters
  • Third-party service provider failures
  • Government actions or travel restrictions
  • Personal injury or loss due to negligence by the traveler
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Traveler Responsibilities

9.1 Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • Valid passport with appropriate validity period
  • Necessary visas and permits
  • Travel insurance documentation
  • Medical certificates if required
  • Emergency contact information

9.2 Conduct

Travelers are expected to:

  • Respect local customs and environments
  • Follow guide instructions and safety protocols
  • Treat other travelers and staff with respect
  • Avoid actions that could endanger themselves or others

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sqore Lifehacks Travel or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please inform us in writing before your trip.

16. Modifications
